Today in implant dentistry, patient’s therapeutic expectations are very high, and the final prosthetic outcome should be in agreement with the natural existing dentition. Clinician should often undertake a bone reconstruction therapy to improve 3-D implant position in relation to the future prosthetic crown emerging profile. The aim of the lecture is to describe a clinical strategic approach to improve the outcome of the bone reconstruction therapy from the most limited defect to the most complex.
