Demineralized collagen fibers at the hybrid layer are susceptible to degradation. In order to facilitate hybrid layer remineralization, demineralized dentin is going to be infiltrated with zinc and calcium-loaded polymeric nanoparticles.   In a first step, in vitro histological, physiological, chemical and functional remineralization at the whole resin-dentin interface will be determined. In a second step, the viscoelastic mechanical behavior of the interfaces promoted after the infiltration of these nanoparticles will be determined. It is considered that not only the gain of mineral is crucial, but the dissipation of the energy throughout, by the hybridized structures must be considered.
