Learning Objectives

  • > Analyze the evolution of dental aesthetic treatments with composites passing from sophistication to simplification in the stratification
  • > Understand the principles of minimally invasive treatments for great aesthetic results without aggression to dental tissue.

Abstract

Until recently, performing composite veneer anatomical stratification techniques required a high degree of technical training and a certain complexity in managing layers, meaning these treatments were not available to all dentists. Currently the rise of minimally invasive treatments and patient demand for quick and less invasive solutions, has been causing a change in the management of the composites for the anterior sector.
