Madrid FDI World Dental Congress exceeds by far the number of abstracts submitted at previous congresses
FDI World Dental Congress to be held in Madrid breaks all records after receiving more than 1.000 Abstracts from 46 countries

Abstracts were submitted by professionals from 46 countries and have been classified in different categories according to their topic: 151 about General Dentistry, 170 about Preventive Dentistry, 462 about Dental Treatment and 237 about Oral Surgery, Medicine and Cancer. All abstracts will be published in a special issue of the International Dental Journal.
Dr. Oscar Castro, President of the Spanish Dental Association and the FDI World Dental Congress 2017 Organizing Committee, states that “the number of Abstracts received reflects the magnitude of the forthcoming FDI Congress, which will be the largest dental event of the year. In addition, with the participation of renowned professionals from all over the world, this event will become an international showcase where you can exchange opinions with more than 10,000 professionals, thus enriching the research and adding professional experience from leading experts”.
During 4 full days, attendees will be able to participate in lectures given by speakers of huge international prestige that will address the latest advances related to Dentistry and Oral Health. In addition, they will have the opportunity to attend hands-on-courses and trade shows, according to their preferences.
Early enrolment in any of the modalities -such as international dentists, national dentists, dental hygienists or laboratory technicians, clinical assistants, dental students, student members of Spanish Dental Students' Association (ANEO), dental industry companies, professionals from developing countries and their companions- can be made at the website http://www.world-dental-congress.org until May 31.
